Located at the head. The front hole also allows the angler to experiment with slightly larger hooks without the hooks getting tangled with the flat metal body.
Located at on the top hole to be pinned securly into the plastic. An bottom hole also allows the angler to reposiiton the hook on the bottom side of the plastic.

6-8 lb braid or no stretch line
8-12 pound florocarbon tied direct using a double uni-knot.
Also, a small barral swival can be used to connect the florocarbon to braid to prevent the line from twisting.
Medium to Medium-light.
Moderatly fast to fast.
